Repeat Prescriptions can be ordered by:
- Coming into the surgery
- Prescription Ordering Line on 0300 421 1215
- By post enclosing a Stamped Address Envelope
- Through your local chemist
If you feel that that have an exceptional reason for ordering your prescription over the phone, please speak or write to Lyn Hough, Reception Team Leader, to see if alternative arrangements can be put in place.
Prescriptions that are on your repeat medication slip will be ready for collection2 working days after 14:00 once they are received.
If in doubt please ask reception to check if your prescription is ready for collection; if you require a medication that is not on your repeat slip then we would advise you to ask the practice after 2 working days to ascertain whether the doctor has approved it
Prescriptions ordered online will only be available for collection from St Catherine’s or nominated pharmacy if you have signed up to electronic prescriptions or made arrangements for collection.
